I am a physical therapist turned human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the health care industry, primarily in post-acute care. My unique perspective as a former practicing clinician treating older adults and my business experience as a former operations leader guide the work I do to create an unmatched employee experience at Infinity Rehab. 

I am a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in strategic human resources and a former board-certified specialist in geriatric physical therapy (GCS). I regularly present to state and national audiences on topics like fostering professional development, deploying data-driven people strategies, driving employee experience and engagement, and learning in the flow of work. I further demonstrate my thought leadership and passion for innovation by serving as an advisor to several startup companies in the HR and AgeTech industries.
